twingz based out of Vienna (Austria) is an innovative developer and provider of ML powered monitoring solutions and predictive insights with automated dashboards and alerts (e.Guard solution) for application in renewable energy, battery storage and high-risk manufacturing and process industry environments.

Backed by the team’s deep domain expertise and multi-year experience in engineering solutions for critical electrical safety tasks, twingz’ predictive models and algorithms are fine-tuned for several real-world electrical power quality and monitoring applications – helping their customers to increase operational safety, avoid damage events (and costs), and to increase overall asset efficiency.

The Company’s integrated e.Guard solution stack is build on advanced sensor and IIoT hardware for data collection such as power quality monitors (PQM’s), energy meters, smart RCM sensors, and pre-configured edge-IIoT gateways – enabling the continuous monitoring of relevant systems and assets based on residual current behavior (leakage & residual current profiles) in real-time. Centralized management of edge data storage and AI/ML model execution is supported by integrated operational data pipelines and a geo-distributed database as backend platform stack to collect, process, filter, and analyze large amounts of data from connected data sources at the edge. This architecture ensures a clean and structured raw data and parameter set at low latencies for advanced downstream ML-powered analytics in the cloud. The e.Guard monitoring and analytics offering is completed by customized dashboards and alert/notification functionalities..

twingz deploys directly but also partners with leading integrators and certification service providers offering integrated software enabled services and tools for inspection, permanent monitoring and predictive damage prevention on top of their regular certification service visits to their customer base – with twingz e.Guard being at the core of this new offering.
